1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Books must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect books will be eligible for free replacement.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Digital products (e-books, PDFs, etc.).
- Clearance or special sale books.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or wrong book, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
